Deimann Exchange

A marketplace for digital businesses that already work.

Established online businesses and younger projects with real traction, from our own portfolio and from sellers who come to us. Every listing carries metrics read from the source and opened to reviewed buyers only, and every sale starts with a free valuation from people who buy and run such businesses themselves.

How it works

The valuation comes first, and it stays free.

You send us the numbers.

What the business is, since when it exists, how many visitors or users it has, what it earns if it earns anything, and what it costs to run. No account, no fee, and the numbers stay confidential.

We reply within two working days.

A person reads your submission and answers with a realistic range, the reasoning behind it, a proposal for how the listing would look, and a recommendation on the route: an open listing, a discreet sale, or waiting. It is an estimate based on experience and data, not a formal appraisal.

You decide whether to list.

If you list, we verify the metrics against connected sources where you grant read access. Your numbers never sit in the open: buyers see the shape of the data and receive the figures only after they have requested the exposé and a person has said yes. We take a fee only when the sale closes.

Why this exchange

Six things a generic marketplace does not do.

Verified from the source
Search and behaviour metrics are read from Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity through our own data layer, dated and refreshed daily. Generic marketplaces show what the seller typed into a form.
A person, not a queue
Every valuation and every buyer request is read and answered by a person within two working days. There is no automated score and no chatbot between you and the decision.
Nobody's numbers in the open
Listing pages show the structure of the data, never the figures. Revenue, costs and metrics open only for buyers whose request we have reviewed, through a personal link that we can revoke.
We buy and operate ourselves
We run a portfolio of digital businesses on one operating layer, and we have bought businesses like the ones listed here. That is why we can quote an operator valuation next to the classic multiple, and why we know what running costs really look like.
Built for the businesses others misprice
Established, unfashionable, often German-speaking: shops, directories, tools and content sites that US platforms do not understand and succession exchanges do not reach.
Open to sellers outside our portfolio
The valuation is open to anyone today. Listings from third-party sellers go live once the brokerage agreement is in place, on the same terms as our own: no listing fee, no fixed costs, a fee only when the sale closes.

What we list

Two kinds of businesses most marketplaces treat as an afterthought.

Established and unfashionable
Shops, directories, tools and content sites that have been online for years, keep their customers, produce cashflow, and have not been modernised in a long time. We consider the age and the loyalty a strength, and we know from our own acquisitions what a modern operating layer adds without breaking what works.
Young, with traction
Projects with users and measurable growth that are not yet monetised or not yet profitable. The evidence is in the data, which is why we read it from the source rather than from a pitch deck.
Where the data comes from
Search and behaviour metrics are read through our own data layer from Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity, dated and refreshed daily; revenue and cost figures come from the seller. None of it is public. A buyer requests the exposé, a person reviews the request, and a personal link opens the figures on the listing page.

The fee

Ten percent of the purchase price, only when the deal closes.

There are no fixed costs and no listing fee. The valuation, the listing proposal and the sales strategy are included in that fee, and if nothing closes, you owe nothing. Buyers pay nothing to browse or to enquire.

For sellers
Valuation free. Listing free. Ten percent of the purchase price at closing, payable when the money changes hands. The brokerage agreement we sign before a listing goes live spells out the fee, when it is due, the term, and what happens if a buyer we introduced closes with you directly.
For buyers
Free to browse, free to request an exposé. A person reviews every request, and the figures open only for buyers we have said yes to.
If we want to buy
Deimann Com GmbH may bid for a listing on this exchange only after other buyers have had a priority window, and any such interest is disclosed on the listing itself.

Listings

We start with our own properties, held to the same rule as everyone else's.

Each listing carries a visible status. A reference shows what a verified listing looks like and is not for sale. A listing marked open to offers is exactly that. In both cases the numbers open only with the exposé.
