Software implementation, independent reviews, debugging and tests. It works with our repositories, working context and connected tools.

Development, analysis, content and recurring operations through Claude-based agents. Claude and Codex both contribute to the engineering work.
Image service (in-house)
Shared image generation using Gemini and Flux models. We also create individual assets directly in our AI workspaces; not every image comes through one service.

Voice generation and language versions for selected content and voice-interface projects.

GitHub
Version control, pull requests, reviews and deployment workflows. Repositories preserve the code and the evidence behind a release.

This website and selected content sites. Pages are built from versioned content and shared components.
Cloudflare
DNS, edge delivery, Pages and Workers, with Access protecting selected internal tools. Konfigurator.io runs on Workers; this website runs on Pages.
Hetzner
Server infrastructure for operational applications and shared services in the portfolio.
DigitalOcean
Infrastructure for parts of Leadscraper. Different products have different hosting requirements.
WebflowLegacy
The previous publishing platform for deimann.com and other marketing sites. This website now runs on Astro and Cloudflare Pages.

Our own software for conditional questions and guided enquiries. It powers this site’s contact flow and the Exchange business assessment, including a downloadable brief before the optional review request.
Lead Inbox (in-house)
A shared intake for enquiries across products. It records the source and routes the request into the relevant follow-up process.
Observe & improve
Watchdog (in-house)
Service monitoring, health checks and incident reporting to Slack. Checks and recovery actions depend on each service’s configuration.
Microsoft Clarity
Session recordings and behaviour signals on connected properties. We inspect failed interactions, mobile friction and the paths people take through a product.
Google Search Console
Search and indexing data for connected sites, brought together in an internal hub. Coverage and freshness are checked before using the data.
Customers & revenue
Stripe
Payments, subscriptions and billing for products that use Stripe.
Crisp
Support conversations and customer context across connected products. Recurring questions can be assisted by AI; people handle the decisions that need judgment.
Resend
Transactional email in selected products, including confirmations. An accepted send and a delivered message remain different states.
Google, Meta & Microsoft Ads
Paid acquisition and campaign analysis. We review search terms, creative, spend and actual enquiries rather than treating a click as a customer.
Coordinate & remember
Slack
Team coordination, lead notifications, operational reports and conversations with specialist partners.
Linear
Development tasks and decisions. We reconcile tickets with delivered code and the work developers are actually doing.
Spark
Email conversations with customers and partners. The full thread provides context for replies and follow-up work.

Knowledge and documentation alongside repository docs and the working context carried between AI sessions.

Shared access and credential management. Secrets stay outside the public operating register.
