Verified metrics
The numbers are real. They open with the exposé.
What you see below is the shape of the data, not the data. Search and behaviour metrics are read from Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity, dated and refreshed daily, and revenue and cost figures come from the seller. All of it opens for buyers who request the exposé.
Google Search Console, 28-day window, read through our own data layer. Figures open with the exposé.
Microsoft Clarity, 3-day window. Figures open with the exposé.
The business
tyskekjøpere gives Norwegian brokers and private sellers a channel to foreign, mainly German-speaking buyers of holiday homes. Sellers register in a self-service portal, submit properties by hand or by connecting their listings, and approved properties are published as German-language exposés and distributed to reader channels the operator owns.
The stack is Astro, server-side rendered with SQLite: an admin back office with an AI exposé generator that turns Norwegian listing text into structured German exposés, a market section with guides for brokers and sellers, a valuation configurator as a lead magnet, and a subscription flow prepared for Stripe.
It is young, and we say so. The reach on the buyer side comes from established German-language channels in the same portfolio. A buyer who wants the platform without those channels should price it as a product plus an audience-access agreement, which we would discuss openly in the exposé.
