Sell a digital business

Sell your online business with verified numbers and a person on the other end.

Whether it is a shop that has run for a decade, a directory with loyal customers, or a project with users and no revenue yet: start with a free valuation, decide afterwards, and never put your figures in the open.

Why here

What separates this exchange from the marketplaces you have already googled.

Verified from the source
Search and behaviour metrics are read from Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity through our own data layer, dated and refreshed daily. Generic marketplaces show what the seller typed into a form.
A person, not a queue
Every valuation and every buyer request is read and answered by a person within two working days. There is no automated score and no chatbot between you and the decision.
Nobody's numbers in the open
Listing pages show the structure of the data, never the figures. Revenue, costs and metrics open only for buyers whose request we have reviewed, through a personal link that we can revoke.
We buy and operate ourselves
We run a portfolio of digital businesses on one operating layer, and we have bought businesses like the ones listed here. That is why we can quote an operator valuation next to the classic multiple, and why we know what running costs really look like.
Built for the businesses others misprice
Established, unfashionable, often German-speaking: shops, directories, tools and content sites that US platforms do not understand and succession exchanges do not reach.
Open to sellers outside our portfolio
The valuation is open to anyone today. Listings from third-party sellers go live once the brokerage agreement is in place, on the same terms as our own: no listing fee, no fixed costs, a fee only when the sale closes.

Sellers we work with

Two kinds of owners, one process.

Owners of established businesses

You built or bought something years ago, it still earns, the customers still come, and the site looks its age. You want a realistic number, a buyer who values what works, and a sale that does not disturb the business. We treat the age as a strength and the missing modernisation as the buyer's job.

Founders of young projects

You have users, growth you can measure, and not much revenue. You want a buyer who reads the traction from the source instead of from a deck, and who will run the thing rather than let it die. We price on the audience and the evidence, and we say plainly when waiting is the better move.

Common questions

What sellers ask before they send the numbers.

Can I sell a business that is not part of the Deimann portfolio?
Yes. The valuation is open to anyone. Listings from third-party sellers go live once the brokerage agreement is signed, on the same terms as our own listings.
What does it cost to sell?
Nothing up front. No listing fee, no fixed costs. Ten percent of the purchase price is due only when the sale closes, and the valuation, listing proposal and strategy are included.
How long does the valuation take?
A person replies within two working days with a realistic range, the reasoning, a listing proposal and a recommendation on whether to list openly, sell discreetly, or wait.
Will my numbers be public?
No. Listing pages show only the structure of the data. Figures open for buyers whose request has been reviewed, through a personal link, and you can ask us to revoke access at any time.
Which businesses fit?
Established online businesses with customers and cashflow, and younger projects with measurable traction. Shops, directories, tools, content sites and small software products, mostly European and German-speaking.
Do I have to list after the valuation?
No. Many owners use the valuation to decide to wait, and that is a good outcome for us as well, because the range is worth more when the data is better.
