Online & AFFILIATE MARKETING

Self-Taught Marketing & First Revenue

  • Promoting third-party (mostly digital) products through affiliate deals
  • Learned performance marketing from scratch: paid ads, conversion funnels, traffic arbitrage
  • Built campaigns end-to-end, from ad creative to checkout optimization
  • Generated first real income without a team, office, or formal education

This phase built the instinct: figure it out, make it work, measure everything.

2018 – 2019
HEAD OF PERFORMANCE MARKETING

Leading Teams & Managing Scale

  • Ran performance marketing for a growing startup over two years
  • Managed paid acquisition across multiple channels at scale
  • Built and led a marketing team — first real leadership experience

This phase shifted the perspective from execution to systems: how teams work, how budgets scale, and where structure breaks.

2020 – 2025

Building a Real Company

  • Co-founded Leantree — a recruiting service that took over the entire hiring function for small businesses and global market leaders alike
  • Grew the company to ~15 people and multi-million annual revenue, consistently, over several years
  • Full P&L responsibility: product, operations, sales, team, clients
  • Sold the company in early 2026 to start over — on his own terms

This phase proved the ability to build, scale, and operate a real business. And revealed what comes next: doing it again, without the overhead.

2026 – Present
