> A marketplace for established digital businesses and younger projects with traction, run by Deimann Com GmbH (Hamburg). Free valuation first, verified metrics on every listing, and a fee of ten percent of the purchase price only when a sale closes.

- Fee: no fixed costs, no listing fee. Ten percent of the purchase price, payable only at closing. Valuation without listing stays free. Buyers pay nothing in this stage.
- Valuation: submit key figures without an account at https://www.deimann.com/exchange/valuation; a person replies within two working days with a realistic range, reasoning, a listing proposal and a recommended route (open listing, discreet sale, or waiting). It is an estimate, not a formal appraisal.
- Figures are never public. Listing pages show the structure of the verified metrics (Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, read through the operator's own data layer) and of the financials; the values open only after a buyer has requested the exposé and a person has approved the request.
- Self-purchase policy: Deimann Com GmbH may bid for a listing only after other buyers have had a priority window, and any such interest is disclosed on the listing.

- What does it cost to sell? Nothing up front; ten percent of the purchase price only when the sale closes.
- Do I have to list after the valuation? No. The valuation is free and comes with no obligation.
- Are the numbers verified? Search and behaviour metrics are read from connected sources and dated. They, and the financials, open in the exposé after a reviewed request.
- Can I browse as a buyer for free? Yes. Seeing a listing's figures requires an approved exposé request, which is also free.
